Torque value a/c studs
Has anyone got the torque value handy
for the Screaming Eagle
air cleaner mounting studs - item 6
breather screws C should be 22-24, right??

Mud, seems I remember the torque values on the Big Sucker kit being very light.
Not sure about the SE kit. Big Sucker I think was like 5 - 7 ft. lbs.

I already had the loctite on,
so I took a guess at 60 in lbs.
If anyone has the number from the HD source,
I'd like to get it from you.
Overtorque here definately can damage the gasket.

breather screws (C) = 120-144 inch lbs
air cleaner studs (6) = 55-60 inch lbs
now in my diagram - the labeling is different, but all of the same parts are shown?

I can tell you on the Ness BS Mud,
and I would imagine it would be the same as the SE plate.
36-60 in lbs. 3-5 ft lbs.
