Ready to pull the trigger on an 08 Dyna Super Glide Custom. My first HD purchase and want to make sure im getting the good guy deal I have been told im getting. Friend of a freined, is the sales manager at a local HD dealer. He has given me a price of $14,100 OTD. Bike is Vivid Black with security and the wheel option. Whats your guys opinion on this price?
This is far less than any other dealer has given me. Also, what do most of you guys pay for full coverage insurance? Thank you in advance.

Im down in Houston, Texas which is in Harris County ( One of the top 5 most expensive) For full coverage on my bob im paying 430 per yr. When I added my wifes Intruder, it went down to 390 per yr.

Nice Bob....The wrapped Thunder Header is bad ***. In my opinion, there is no better sounding exhaust than the Thunder Header. That will be one of my fist purchases. Thanks for your input SE.

Sounds good to me......I paid 15Kfor my '06 Bob in Jan. 'o6. My ins. is progressive drive...Full coverage The first year it was $430, last year it was $400 and my bill for this coming year just came this week..........it dropped to $230.

Sounds like a damn good price to me as well. Paid $15,467 out the door on my '07 FXDC in Feb 07. I'd jump all over that.

Very good price no doubt. I paid more than that and more than the other prices mentioned but i added in the 5yr warranty and things. But i got my bike right around 15k out the door with out my add on's.

I drive a wide glide, cant tell you if the bike is a good price. But becareful on these insurance quotes you see, What is the coverage they get?????
That's what I have to pay in Md. What deductible???? If my bike falls over....if will cost me $50.If your bike falls over.....I bet the minimum repair would be over $1000.00 Just a simple drop in the parking lot.
