Yes but,,, when the deer hit me, it knocked my ankle into the shifter bending the shifter and linkage, I picked the bike up, rode 100 miles home, parked in the garage, went to bed and woke up (after a very restless night) with an ankle the size of a football.. Broken in 2 places. I was on crutches for9 weeks.. It sounds like hes OK, but tomorrow will tell the tale..............

Wish Doug the best and heal quickly. Shame that it happens and alway hate to see on the forum when someone has gone down. A bike can be repaired, but the body doesn't always come back! Take care!
