Both Ohlins and Works Performance make shocks with remote compression reservoirs although these don't look like anything in the current catalog. Do you know if they are for a motorcycle? These type shocks are also used on ATVs. Sorry not much help.

If you re-spring and re-valve them, they go on anything that is 12" & have the room for the resivore. This is a non-emulisified shock (seperator type). This gives a much smoother ride quality than an emulisified shock.
