Got em..and I had heard that Cycle Shack made Screamin Eagle brand slip-ons and then just stamped the SE logo on there afterwards some years back.
Mine have done fine, ran them for 1k then did a/c change and download, not problem with either rich or lean conditions. 14k miles later, still doing fine.
Nice sound/performance for the money.
I RUN EM WITH THE BAFFLES BECAUSE I LEAVE FOR WORK EARLY IN THE MORNING AND I DONT WANT TO **** THE NEIGHBORS OFF AND ALSO BECAUSE YOUR BACKPRESSURE WILL DISSAPEAR. YES CYCLE SHACK DID MAKE THE SCREAMEN EAGLE MUFFS YEARS BACK AND I THINK THEY SHOULD OF STAYED THAT WAY BUT WE ALL KNOW HOW THE EPA IS NOWADAYS.
I like my Cycle Shacks, especially for the price. I too am running with the stock a/c and no downloads or programmers. I've got about 3,000 miles with this set-up without any problems. Like the others, I get a little popping on decel, but I think it sounds cool. Plugs look a wee bit ashy. They're louder than stock, but they sound very close to the Screamin Eagle II's. They're not nearly as loud as my buddies Drag pipes, V&H Long Shots, or Pythons.
I'll be getting a Tmax soon though [sm=happy046.gif]
There really isn't much of a baffle in those slips to remove. I liked mine and they hada nice sound to them for slip ons. Good price too although I got beat on mine cause I didn't know jack **** when I first bought my bike.
Mine popped alot but as you can see alot of guys do not have that issue.
They are great for the money, nice finish and sound. I cut my baffles to open it up a little more and they are pretty loud. The sound is good but not as good as the Rush or V&H slip ons, but then I didn't pay $200 plus either. I got mine from Jireh Cycles for $107 shipped.
