I think there is a Long, Long thread about them over on the general forum.

Cheers... Ben.

Deja vu...... I just replied about my order that should be in tomorrow.. Right now, I'm verry happy with the feedback and speed of shipping according to FedEx. I'll post here of the quality when I get my bars and get to go over them with a fine tooth comb.. Do a search here, in the SoftTail forum there's a ton of guys blasting them.. Thats the only thing that has me nervous.. In reality, I e-mailed them with fair responce time(same day) and I ordered Sunday and they are already on the way.. I'm happy so far...

I ordered an engine case from them off Ebay. I did not read the very fine lines and realized that it was for the wrong year. I realized this3 hours after I paid and I looked at the auction again. I immediately emailed Demon's and asked them to not ship it out and refund my money and apologized for my error. I offered to pay any ebay fees for my mistake. The told me 'too late' its shipped and no problem, just ship it back. Anyway I got it a couple days later and shipped it back unopened. They charged me a $110 (17% restock fee). I thought that was kinda crappy and won't do business with them again.

Well 110.00 restock fee, I have to agree, I wouldn't buy from them again either.
People make mistakes like this all the time,we don't kill them with a "re-stock fee"
If the box was unopened, I can't see why the 110. fee
