Well, this is my third HD! I just sold my Road King because since the Street Bob came out, when I am at a local biker watering hole, whenever a Street Bob rolls up I walk over with my beer and just look it over. I really think HD did something amazing by introducing a simple, stylish and well done bike in the Street Bob. Two years of watching from the sidelines, I could take no more. My wife thinks I am nutts but what does she know!
I am having the forward controls put on at the dealer (that is a job!). Also ordered the stock seat that comes with the Dyna Low, cause we put one on the SB and it looks great (and wife can ride her short rides)!
I have ordered the V&H pipes, Fuel Pak and Air Kit, I will do that stuff myself! I will post pictures soon.
Congrats! As much as the styling has won you over from the bagger, it'll be the handling and overall performance that'll keep it in your garage and a smile on your face!
