When I had a Softail Standard, I had a fly screen on the front just above the headlight. I looked and the manufacturer does not list the Dyna as one of the bikes it fits. Are the forks fatter than those on a Softail? I know, I could call customer service, but likely talk to some 20 yr old gal that has know idea but will bluff her way through the question.
Here is the fly screen I am talking about. I loved it! It would punch a hole in the air just big enough to make high speed highway travel very comfortable and NOBODY even noticed it on the bike!
Thats exactly what I wanted for my 07 fxd but could'nt find one.I ended up buying a sportech windscreen which is 14 inches high and does a good job of breaking the wind without being obtrusive.I do not want anything bigger. It's a quick detatch design so I can pop it off when I want a bare bike.My only complaint is it buzzes at lower rpms but not a big deal.Whenfirst mounted it was a little too high too suit me,however since this picture was taken I have reversed the supports and now it hugs the headlight and looks better.
