It keeps you very warm, dry and never had a problem with it. This is one of those invesment I need to spend a few bucks on. you don't even get you pant legs wet in this suit.
Forgot to mention, it folds up pretty small and is very light weight.
wide glide: I am one of those people that don't really own rain gear and never have lat year I took a ride to oregon knowing I would probably run into some rain.
sure enough about 150 mile worth I had a yellow plastic set of rain gear (read cheap) stashed in my bag just in cas and aroll of duct tape ( a little around the ankles and knees worke great and cost hardly nothing if like me you will more than likley never use it /again go cheap or like the others on here spend the big buck and leave it hang all year... JMHO
A good thing also is those little foot condom things that go up about to your knees. Put them over your boots and rainpants and water doesn't go up your legs and your pants don't hit your pipes.
Well, not really like butter, because butter would come off the pipes pretty easy and wouldn't still be stuck to my chaps a year later.[:@]
Honestly, Frogg Toggs are like riding in a tyvek envelope -- they're weird feeling. After the Togg-melt I got Harley's Overpass II outfit and have been using them any time I use rain gear. (Not as often as I probably should -- I'm just too lazy to pull over.)
For boots, I got a set of Diadora boots that are warm and waterproof. They're comfy all year 'round and don't squeak when they're wet and you walk on tile.
I bought the same suit as dirico1266 did. Nice suit but it's been in the shed for a year and a half....I'm one of them that usually gets soaked...One of these times I'll have it with me when it rains...
