I would also recommend listening to different mufflers/pipes before you buy. Only you will be able to tell what you will be happy with. I had Rush slips on order but after hearing several different bikes with them on, I decided they would be way to loud for my personal daily driver and cancelled my order. I’m very happy with the S/E street performance slip-ons and the style goes great with my bike. On the other hand, you may hate them and even think the Rush are too mild.

A good place to check is www.youtube.com . Do a search for the exhaust your interested in and more than likely its on there. There is also a bunch of exhaust videos under the exhaust thread. There is not much difference between the new S/E and stock......

Speaking of SE's SEI's and SEII's, my SE's are nothing like what I've seen talked about. They have no baffles at all and just a "lollipop" for backpressure. Anyone know what model these are?

I got the SE slipons AC and the download. I am happy with the looks. They are a little to quiet. From what I have read Ican take the baffles out and remove the fiberglass silencing material. I had loud pipes on my last bikeand got tired of being followedor pulled over every time I rolled on the throttle. In California the police can take your bike for modifying the exhaust. The SE's have writing on them that says they comply with Ca smog and noise laws. I never rode it before the upgrades so I cannot coment on performance gains. The bike does run good and I am satisfied. The police don't pay any attention to me now.
