What's in it? Well, if you go to the website you get this answer:
"What are the ingredients in Shout®?
We can't give away our "trade secrets," but we can say that Shout® Laundry Stain Removers are detergent based with powerful cleaning agents. Shout® does not contain any phosphates."
Here is the MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) for the product (ingredients on page ! - section 2)

As we dont have that brand here in Australia.Could some one supply the names of the active chemicals and % .
At the bottom or on the back of the bottle.
So i could compare what we have here.Wheel cleaning is the pits.
Does it work on the silver alloy motor,g/box or just wheels.

Now, why couldn't I have seen this post a couple of days earlier. I just dropped 5 bucks at Wally World for some foaming wheel cleaner by Turtle Wax. If it doesn't work, I'm raiding the old lady's laundry room. Thanks for the tip.
