I want to get a Arlen Ness Big sucker but don't know if it'll fit my 08 SG. the 08's have a new a/c cover andfilter shape. these jokers keep giving me conflicting info. Please can anybody tell me with a plain and simple "yes" or "no", will it fit my SG and if so will i need to get another a/c cover or can i just keep the oem cover?

see at least thats straight forward. I would rather hear that than have some over payed counter clerk on a power trip make aomething up and pass it off as gospel [:@]....
Gun, yes it should fit your bike. I'm not sure that you're stock a/c cover is going to fit on it though. But that's okay, the ness kit is designed to be run open if you want and there are plenty of other cover options.
Stock football will fit on it too until/if you make a choice on another, that way you can take your time choosing and run around in sleeper mode. I will asume you know you need some kind of tuner on it if you dont have one to pull that air thru or you will be running too lean.
I was gonna get one of these but cant do the math right now.

He doesn't have a "football" - he has the 08 "conch shell" as I call it. I don't know if that will center correctly over the ness filter or not.
