Get out! They want 20k for that bike? Or were you joking? Oh wait, of course, it's a "customized" fat bob. Maybe HD can figure out how to sell the muffin tops for more than the whole muffin like "Mr. Littman" tried in the old Seinfeld episode. I'd bet they'd even throw in the muffin stump for "free".

the apes are out of place here... it could be the stock risers... it could be all the cables running all over the place... it could be the bars themselves...
It's not what I'd do with my Fat Bob.
And why didn't they take the opportunity to brighten the front end by moving the turn signals to the trees?

Well, these pics made up my mind for me. Not going to go this route with my bike, gonna go ahead with the OEM wide glide risers and 10 1/2 in mini apes, and let her ride from there (got the OEM wide glide mini's yesterday). I did think about it though, went so far as to hang em on there with the stock risers for a feel. But looking from a distance, don't like it much. That will make my challenge of finding the right size cables/lines easier, though, as they're already pre-measured in the P&A for the fat mini apes in there. Thanks, Krautrock, for posting the pics. By the way, when you order risers from online, the quoted price, for example from Zanotti's, is for one riser. I ordered what I thought was a set, got them in yesterday, and there was only one riser. That will teach me. Should have known $25 for a set of risers was too cheap. And yes, the risers in the picturesare the stock 4" risers, with God only knows what cable/brake line combo on there.

I shouldn't knock it til I've tried it. Those things have got to be more comfortable than they look - right? Or else so many people wouldn't run them. Just seems like all your blood would just run right out of your arms...

but with a motor . i have rode thousands of miles with them and wont go back to regular bars. that is my first mod i do right along with fowards, then exhaust
