I'd have to say, "yes and no".
I'm fairly sure the'll fit, but you'll need a bunch of new parts to go along with them.
Just off the top of my head, tank console set up including new speedometer and all other gadgets for tank and handlebar clamps.
Rear fender brake light is different, and I'm sure a whole bunch more.
Anything is possible, how much cash you want to spend?

as mentioned - here are your "big" issues:
- front fender will not fit without bending/modifying.
- new speedo needed
- new dash needed.
- new rear light kit needed
- all little doo dads beteen the dash and tank
- gas cap and gauge.
- wire harness changes.
I've gone over the numbers many times - financially - just doesn't make sense. Even if you get a $300 paint set - you're still $700+ away from the finish line.
