Quiz (mostly for Mud)
There arethree things that I should say here.
First, if you have an idea, try to work out all of the details in your head first, then see if it can be done and made to work.
Second, just because it has never been done before, does not mean that it can't be done.
Third, almost everything on a bike has been done before, in some form, we are just re-cycling some of those ideas.
However, I, personally, have never seen this done before, but I am sure that someone here has seen it before, because I can't hardly believe that it has not been tried before.
Having said all of that, I have a quiz for you guys.
Try to guess what I am making here. The answer will take about two weeks to show finished pictures.
I figured Mud could figure it out. he has the same twisted mind that I do.
First I started with 7 feet of 3/8 inch proof chain (4600lb. test). Then I cut it into 7 pieces (of certain size for the project).
Anybody want to guess. Answer (in pictures)in three days, but finish time is about two weeks off.

Oh, I set my Zippo lighter next to the chain to give you a relative size of the chain.

No you guys got it all wrong, he is heading on a ride up north and he is building a set of hanging tire chains like the buses use.
