Storz products are very high quality. The finish is great and the performance is top of the line.
Installation was pretty easy. In addition to the big pieces (forks, trees, stem, axle) you will need some lesser parts - wheel spacers, maybe a disk spacer if you go wide, maybe fender spacers.
Depends what fork you buy. Start looking by looking at the winners circle. Stortz is missing there. Now the assessment. Do your homework first and go to a for real suspension shop. Do not read magazines for information and hype. Go to a person who does it for a living like a race tuners shop & pick a winner on the national level while doing so. With proper suspension and set up to your personal weight, sprung, valved and set (adjusted) for your immediate riding conditions, all road irregularities are a thing of the past. The frame does not move, the wheels do. The current better fork manufacturers (make sure you are buying the best quality forks (model) as there is a difference) are; [ul][*]Marzocchi[/ul] [ul][*]Ăhlins[/ul] [ul][*]Myself We use some internal parts new from Ăhlins (Superbike Quality), some from other venders and make the rest in N. Miami, FL. Ride at Daytona than decide. [/ul] I am not going to spend a few hours typing why but any and all can call toll free.
