Default turn signals with detachable sideplates

When I first bought my bob I had the rear turn signals moved back to the license plate and the mounts for detachable sideplates installed. I'd like to move them back to the originall position to clean up the rear fender. I'm sure I have seen pictures of turn signals still mounted in the original location but with the sideplate mounts. Kuryackyn has an adaptor stud, their PN 2288, that looks like what I need. Does anyone know for sure if this is the part I need before I order them?

HD also offers the hardware package to do that its basically just a bolt with a threw hole for the wires and used in place of the bolt for the Quick detach and allows you to thread the signal on the end and put the wires threw.

What year is your bike?

Give Alloy Art a look see. I ordered the Strut Lights to mount with my detachable backrest. I don't have them installed yet, but will post pics once I do.

Thanks Ohio. I'll give my parts guy a call today. I hope spring is coming for you and all you other riders out there. My gf is in San Antonio with her sister for a few days and she said it was 92 there yesterday. I only wish. Thanks again Ohio. I should just about have the bike where I want it in another month or so and will post some pics as soon as I figure out how.

Ride Safe.

Yes. They can be wired as run/brake/turn.

Great site! This is only my second post but I have a question based on this one. Does a solid mount side plate slip in between the fender and the fender strut ....therefore leaving the strut mounted turn signals untouched?
