Some advice please, would like to fit one to my Streetbob, I see they are mounted centre, front and rear useing existing holes in the mudguard, how do they handle weight on the sides of the rack, ie do you have to make sure the weight in a bag ect is evenly distributed?
I have used one for a year, and it works / looks great. Says it is good for 10 kg, I have used it on Weekend rides carrying probablyaround 8 kg most of the time. Also had it "load tested" some silly cow sat on it, luckily she probably didnt weigh more than 50 kg. But I havent seen any wear or tear as yet. Coating is still as new and now damage to the fender either.

I wouldn't go crazy loading up on just one side since it's only got a single axis of mounting bolts. I usually tie down my loads w/bungee cords to the shock tower bolts (front) and turn signals (rear) which holds stuff (small cooler, back back, stuff sack, roll bag, etc) firmly on the rack and keeps it from shifting around. Very happy with mine and have had no problems, other than occasionally checking rear bolt for tightness.
