Default Headlight problems

I need help with my headlight. I have adjusted a few times but still need advice. When I switch to high beam it is like I'm in fog. I have brought it down and last night was better but still not very good. Is this a stock headlight problem or adjustment problem? Also on high beamthe ground is so bright right in front of me its like being blinded by bright dash light in a car. I see a lot oftrim rings are those for looks or do they help?Would rather not buy a new light so whatdo I need? I tied adjusting to owners manual advice on garage door and could not even use the bright light had to stay in low beam to see anything at all.

I also have the stock headlight on my 08 lowrider... Iagree, the high beam pretty much sucks. Low beam does a good job but switching to high, illuminates the whole world immediately around me, but don't do zip down the road where you actually need the light.

I would doubt there's anything you can do for the highs. I'm finally getting a little ahead $$$, so I'm looking to buy this...

Looks good and cheaper than the HD light.Though I don't know anything about that company or the site, I was just looking for an alternative to HD.

Good luck with that.

I wasn't satisfied with the stock headlight on my WG. I was just about ready to replace it, when I stumbled upon this website. I sent an e-mail with details of the year and what scoot I had....the owner wrote back with his recommendations. He suggested a different reflector, and bulb. I think the total cost was about $85.00 for both, total time to change it out, about 10 minutes, and I couldn't be happier with the results.
