Just got an 08 Low Rider for the wife. Because of the location of the kick stand she has a hell of a time getting her foot on it to lower it.

I have a superglide and i have it. Not sure it works on what you need.
What is an FXDWG2? I see that is one of the models it doesn't fit. I have a 2003FXDWG ( or Wide Glide as we like to call them ),Wonder what the 2 means?
I used to have that problem too until I sat on a FatBob at the dealer and He saw me screwing around with it. What he told me to do is, put your heel all the way behind the primary and push down. It takes some getting used to as you can't see what you're aiming for but it actually is quite easy once you get the hang of it. Just have to get the feel for it.

Sometimes the rubber stop for the jiffy stand gets turned and the stand will sit closer to the primary when not in use making it harder to get your foot on. Check the rubber stop. That may be your only problem.
