Get every part back! You paid for them. You could do like some of us have done and give them away to a fellow rider who is in need... Its not a hard install and you should save the $ and buy something else.
Good note on getting the parts back and getting them out to guys that might need them.
Don - noticed in other threads that you are doing your part regarding the "free parts for cost of shipping". Hope the guys your sending them out to appreciate you efforts (everyone elses efforts too).
Most dealers you have to tell them you want parts back. Why not buy Kury and do it yourself took less than 2 hours not hard and save the $ and you will have all parts to return to mids if you ever want to.
Definitly do it yourself, there's a whole lotta help on this forum if you got stuck.
If I'm not mistaken, Ithink there was a thread explaining the process.
I have an appointment this morning to have my forwards installed. $175 install fee on a 2008 Low Rider. I looked at the installation instructions and could easily accomplish this in an afternoon. However, I just returned from a 13 month deployment to Afghanistan and my wife is VERY SENSITIVE about me spending too much time doing anything other than family time. I don't blame her. $175 is worth a little peace in my life right now!
