I went from riding my brother's sporty to buying my own Dyna. I loved the difference and I'm sure you will too.

The T-Sport is a cool Dyna. 2.5K for 100/100 is pretty good.

Good luck....

You'll love it! Good luck on your mods. Once you ride it a bit, you might even add to the list.

I appreciate all the welcomes, guys.

All I can say is unbelievable. This bike has exceeded my highest expectation by a mile. Even with the stock Dunlops, the handling is so great I'm in no rush to get on the Metzlers. I can at least wait for the rear to wear out.

And damn this bike is fast. The online dealer that sold it to me (I HIGHLYrecommend them, by the way, TheCollectableTraderis their eBay store, now doing business as National Powersports) represented this bike as being a stock 88, but it's hard for me to believe.I'm trying to figure out if this has had some motor work the dealer didn't know about, or if just being 150 pounds lighter than the baggers I'm used to riding makes that much difference. This bike is right at home at 3500-4000 rpm, and all my prior Harley's didn't seem to like it over 3000 very much. I was thrilled to get my 07 with a 6 speed, but I swear this bike hardly even needs a fifth gear. Easily runs in fourth all the way up to 70-75 mph, but fifth is good for 80 mph cruising at a perfect 3500 rpm.

So I'm just wondering, are Dynas that much faster because their lighter? I'm thinking about Googling the prior owners name from the title and hopefully he wouldn't mind too badanswering my question about the motor. I can't believe he let go of this bike.

I have completed several of my accessory plans: got all the warning labels and reflectors off (hands and thumbs sore as hell!) black tapered mirrors, Avon jackhammer grips (love 'em!), black clutch and front brake levers. Wheels and tires can wait, as the bike handles good enough on the Dunlops. May go with a new wheel altogether, instead of powdercoating the stock ones. But as far as motor work, that's off my list. This bike runs plenty good enough for me, and I often regret it when I start screwing around with a good thing. I may run it just as is until I blow the tensioner, then just put in a brand new 120".

Sorry no pics yet. Can't quit riding it long enough. Soon, though.

Hey congrats on the new scoot! I've got the FXDX version & I can tell you it's one of the best handling bikes I've ever owned. My efi got tweaked when I bought it, plus the thunder headers maks it downright quick. Mayhaps you've got a stage 1 jeti kit lurking in there somewhere.
Again congrats, sweet bike
