Im running pipes that i fabbed and havent made a new tie bracket yet. The pipes dont vibrate that much, how important is the bracket ?

 

when i switched out my pipes I found the bracket to be a little odd of a fit so Instead of putting a clamp on each side I had to put both clamp ends on the bottom to make my heat shield fit. That was with the back of the pipes not bolted with brackets. I did eventally bolt eveything but I would say that the brackets a there for a pourpose so it was inportant to me to have evry thing tight and bolted,
