Default BIG RADIUS PROBLEM!

I recently was doing some work on my 06 street bob and had my V&H big radius pipes off. I noticed that the rod that connects my brake pedal to the rear master cylinder for my forward controls ( which are made by HD) has been hitting against my front exhaust pipe. Which explains my poor rear brake peformance over the last few months. Anyway I was just curious if anyone else has had this problem with or without the same pipes. I think that somehow the pipes warped a little over time. I had to make myself a new rod at work which ended up being better than the original.

Nlot at all, But there is room to adjust the pipe around before you tighten it up all the way.
