Yep, had the same problem with mine. The front one came out with no issues but the rear was a different story. I had to work it back and forth in order to get it out, and when it finally came out it looked as it was cross threaded. Talked to Trotter about it and he said that's a common problem and that it is not cross threaded but basically fused together by the heat of the motor, hence almost always the rear one. Luckily he was kind enough to give a spare o2 sensor he had so I could finish my install.

Marvel Mystery Oil is another excellent choice for breaking free stuck bolts. Put it on and let it sit adding a little throughout the day. You sit on them and get another gorilla (you said it) to yank on it. Let us know how goes.

patience my brother.... soak them with a penetrating oil, then soak some more. if you soaked them overnight you're probably done by now. heat of course works but you need some lubrication on the threads.
be sure to use anti-sieze when you reinstall.
goo dlick.

Penetrating oil, 22 mil wrench that is about 10" long, and have your neighbor stand there calling you a big "pu$$y", they will come right out!

This would have to be my favorite reply
But don't forget the anti-seize or you'll be doing it all over again next time.

I know it's true!

Nothing will force you into another few reps on the bench press better than your spotter asking you if your vagina hurts!
