I'm pissed because.....
I left work early, raced home, got changed and ran to the garage to go for a ride. To my surprise (and much sadness) the bike wouldn't start!!!![:@] It was pretty cold last night and cloudy and cool all day so I guess I shouldn't be too surprised. Oh well, here I sit at the keyboard instead. Guess I have no excuse now to not make that Dentist appointment I have this afternoon. Aw heck, I'll try again on the next decent day.

The HD battery tender is part of the purchase price included with all bikes that have a security system. If you have the security and no tender you better raise hell at the dealer. If you do not have the security system and your battery is dead it's time for a service call.

Dang man, you've got an '08 ; battery shouldn't be dead and if it is you've probablygot other issues, unless of course you just got a bad battery form the get-go...either way you need to take it in.

If you had it armed over winter could be the problem, battery tender does the trick.

When is the last time you rode it. Was the battery dead? You just said it would'nt start. Unless you ride all winter, a battery won't hold a charge on its own if its not on a tender/charger. Good luck. I put my nicely maintained battery back in the bike last saturday and went for a ride. 30 degrees F but it felt great! Hope you get out riding soon. ITs been a long winter.
