Yeah but in Florida you can do it without a helmet (if you are inclined to do so)
Gotta love the weather in both states though. We were hanging by the pool today.
It would be nice to have mountains close by though!

I lived in Ventura county for many years......some great ridding, some of my favorites besides PCH was up the 33 through Ojia up into pine mountain...Frazier Park and fillmore areagreat memories and some of the best ridding around. Been in San Diego for many more years and the ridding is just as good but you can't beat ridding up the PCH ....that just ROCKS 
Made a trip on Saturday to Boreggo Springs and back through Julian and Cuyamaca....The weather was PERFECT !!!!

Back from ride through malibu canyon then up PCH to County Line (Neptunes nest) lots of bike there.The ride was great the weather was great live is sweeet.

It was a great day to be out. I got a sunburn on the face and t-shirt weather has arrived. I went down to Redondo for breakfast and then headed up PCH to the Rock Store. Home through the valley and back to the westside. What a day. Think I'll ride again tomorrow. It'll be the same without the traffic...
