I'm heading out now about 7:15 AM toward the western mountains,when you wake up if ya wanna hook up somewhere my cell is 704-236-2885, yes it is Verizon so it works in the mountains!
I'm more of a lone wolf but I always welcome some good company if it comes along!
Have a great ride, gotta go being the first 4 hours of daylight is the best part of the riding day!

Yes it was a GREAT day for riding Sunday, I left about 7:20AM and got home about 7:10PM 600+ miles later. I rode through the SC.GA.TN.NC. mountains.
The Dragon was a busy place,Maggie Valley was packed with bikes also, Mount Mitchel was quite,Chimney Rock & Lake Lure busy as is normal on warm days, the mountains were loaded with motorcycles (after 11AM of course"
) up till then I had the roads to myself! I stopped atAcme Motorcycles at the top of 74 A there was over 100 motorcycles there hanging out eating some pizza swapping road stories. This shop is quickly becoming a regular hang out for the hard core riders which is great to see because there aren't many real motorcycle shops left in this country any more!
Ya gotta love January 14th in the SE. mountains when it is 70 degrees! LOL"
