Molded windsheild
I also saw one a while back, it had a curveat the top of it, to deflect the wind up and over.
I have been searching for that one with no luck too.

I have realized that I don't like to look through a windshield, or even have it in my line of sight. Even when it's just below eye level, it is very distracting and tiring on my eyes after ahundred miles or more. Maybe it's the eyes adjusting back and forth, I'm not sure, but it is tiring for me.
I cut my windshield down around my headlight to lower it (Harley Compact QD) and it helped with the buffeting and air from below and the line of sight problem (the sight problem might just be me, but it is what it is). Then I was getting the extra air from above at high speeds, so Iadded a lip (Laminar Lip) I got on ebay, looks funky and ugly, but works great.
Dyna07, youmight have the windshield that is more aerodynamic, but I can't see the curvein your photo or on the Harley website.
Shelling out another $400+ is the tough part, they should have test rides for windshields till you find the right one when spending that much cash. Trial and error could get pricey!
My dealer had some used ones he let me try 3 that was nice. Got 20 off so i paid around 330.00 still pricy I agree but i do like the docking hardware as I take it off quite often. If you have thaaccessoriesbook it shows a better pic
I did look in the catalog, last years, and the curves I'm seeking are more at the top like a windvest, it does not look like yours has that, as the curves are in the lower center just below the widest point of the shield.
I've actually just started going to a different dealer, as the one close to me is not interested in helping anyone but themselves. Maybe they will have some to try, thanks, I'll give that a shot next.
Today might even be a good day, supposed to hit 50 today. I'm a big wuss, went out the other day when it hit 40, after about 50 miles, I had enough. As I get older, the comfortable riding temperture seems to climb with my age.
