Don't let a rainstorm scare you... nothing wrong with a little rain if you have decent tires. You're not made of sugar - you won't melt. Worst case, take a break for an hour while the worst of the rain passes by.

Riding in the rain is part of the experience, IMHO.

Riding in the rain is awesome! Stats say clean wet pavement provides 70% of the traction available on clean dry pavement. Once you get used to the idea that you won't fall over, it can put a big, wide grin on you to ride in the rain. Plus you get Real Biker points that you can use toward valuable prizes.
