foot control bolt part numbers

I have the 08 Dyna service manual, but cant find these part numbers to add the mid-pegs back onto my Street Bob for a little more riding comfort on long rides.

I want the part numbers for bolting mid/front controls to the frame. also, any part numbers needed to install foot pegs onto the controls.

Also, if anyone has the part numbers for passenger peg mounts in black. i can only find the chrome ones on the HD website

Forward mounting bolts are torx screw, 3/16-18 x 1.0 inch (4) part # 4059.
Misd use a sockethead.

I put this price list together couple weeks ago for mounting mid pegs only on '08 dyna. Don't know if will help. Prices are from zanotti's. Click on the pic, there should be a magnifying glass to make it readable. Part numbers are from the parts manual for '08 dyna - nice to have.
