The 1340ST does not use the clock based settings. It's settings are numbers that are represented by phlashing lights on the unit, and are adjusted by + & - buttons on the unit.
I read your post saying there was a forum to ask questions, but are saying the DFO came with no instructions for initial set up?
Correct. Their are installation instructions, but because this unit is still very new, they have not yet compiled the setups phor all the different combinations.
I have a TFI/DFO over a stage one download but I say go for the Sert if you are planning going to a 95" kit. Why go through the expense and labor and not take it all the way with a customized timing curve and perfectly tuned fuel map??? Squeeze it for all it's worth.
If it were going to stay at stage one, sure, the TFI/DFO's are great but for my money, it would be a SERT or the Terry components system.

The unit I am refering to is the 1340ST phor 06 Dyna's, and it is very new. The settings phor this unit, and the combination of pipes & ACs with the 06 Dynas were not included in the package I received.
They have them phor many combinations, no doubt, but this unit does not use the dials and the o'clock settings.
Do you have the instructions for the digital TFI? Here 'ya go if you don't. My digital TFI dialed in very well with no or little loss of fuel milage. I used the 2000 RPM technique by bringing up the green until the engines cadence is in the sweet zone and matching the yellow to the green setting.

I stand corrected, I thought you were referring to the other type as used for years in the past. Last I spoke to Techlusion they didn't have this unit in production for the 06 dynas.
