Most any 2000-up 16" rear wheel will bolt right on if the bearings are the same. If they aren't, you can swap bearings and make it work. To get an idea of what is a direct bolt on, use the wheel section in the back of the parts catalog to cross reference them.

I used a slotted mag from the back of a 1200C on my RKC. They are already chrome, which made for a cheaper swap than buying a Fat Boy wheel and getting it chromed.

I bought an 18x5.5 solid wheel from parts4less.com. Good pricing and easy to deal with. You can find them on Ebay. Building it now for my Wide Glide. Ordered an Avon Cobra 180.55.18 for it and a Cobra 120.70.21 for the front. Ordered a new wheel up front too. Pics of it all as soon as I get it all on.
