I've had good service with Eastern. There was a thread here a while back about a guy who had isses with some bad Progressive shocks and the way Eastern handled it. But they've been very good to me, even calling me to verify the model of my bike a month after shipping product because of a possible defect. I just bought two Avon tires rom them.

Naaaaaaah.......... I got him that when he announced he was interested in dating some of the local Stanley tools. It also doubled as a raincoat when we went on some "extended" rides (bad weather).
You crazy F'er! LOL I want to buy you and Trotter a beer sometime and discuss the pros and cons of the fuelpak.
I was hoping he would it dig outa the trash can, but he had to save the world.
I just bought a SERT, it really is an amazing piece of software.............. I may actually install it next month.
I will miss my TFI, I still play with it constantly and the SERT manual has helped me understand a lot of what the TFI is actually doing.
