NEAT DUAL MIRROR SET WITH WIDE ANGLE & NORMAL VIEW
Just got myself a set of those Harley beautifully finished Chromed Alloy mirrors that have a small circular "wide angle" mirror at each end. It takes a while to get accustomed to look at two mirrors at the same time, but the most annoying problem I have with them is that over 70 mph they just bend inwards with the wind force. They have these neat screws to adjust the stiffness of the ball adjusting joint, but however hard I tighten them, the Fu#"$! mirrors still bend back..... I have seriously thought of squirting a couple of drops of Locktite extra strong glue, but I thought that before I did that I would ask you people to see if someone has come with a brighter idea.

I have the same mirrors, and don't have that problem. If you just bought them take them back to the dealer and get another set. I agree with the learning curve of getting used to seeing 2 of everything.

I just installed a pari of these. I don't have that problem. But I also have a windshield, so maybe that matters.
I really like them.Much greater field of vision. They look good, too.
