You are very welcome. It is a common problem on most FuelPaks. 23 richens the fuel mix a little.

I've been noticing a bit more popping this year than last. Did V&H give this information, or did someone just figure it out? I haven't tried changing the value yet, just wondering...

I just looked at their site...You changed mode 23 from 16 all the way up to 50!? That sounds strange to me. Are you sure this isn't going to damage anything in the long run?

From what I read ..........and I may be off here. The higher the number the leaner the mixture. I saw a post here that explained the number, but I cna't find it!

Do a search here in the Forums and if you find it, it will explain the settings!

Ah, I took the easy route and emailed Adam at V&H's technical dept. to ask him. Also, I asked what settings he would suggest to stop it from popping on decel. Most likely hear back tomorrow.

Let us know what you find out.

Found this on their website:

7. My bike feels like it just ran out of fuel when I am coasting to a stop.[/align]To eliminate exhaust popping on deceleration, the Fuelpak will turn off the fuel going into the cylinders. If this feeling is undesirable, you can raise the number in mode 23.

Blade,

I'm dying to know:
IF V&H actually recommended increasing the number in mode 23 to deliver more fuel, how did you, or whomever you may have gotten the info from, make the determination that jumping all the way from 16 to 50 is the ticket?
