Just replaced my brake pads today. Used the LRB Gold+. I like them already.
They feel good, are very quiet, and seem to stop the bike better than the OEMs did, but it has been 23000 miles on the originals.
They are supposed to be gentle on the rotors, work well in the rain, create no brake dust, and stop the bike better than the OEMs.
I was surprised to see how much more wear was on the rear pads, than the front, since I tend to use the front brakes more.
I'm suprised also by the wear on rear brake pads. I have 3 bikes, a Harley, a Triumph and a Hondaand they all seem to wear the rear alot faster than I would think.

I guess because it's the drive wheel, but I do use my front brake probably 80% more, and gear down verses using the rear.
I am sure not complaining, just wish I could get 23K miles outa the rear tire.
Nice! I need to get me some. Where did you buys yours from and for how much, if you don't mind me asking? I can't stand all the brake dust from these OEM pads, and the front brake squeeks. Drives me nuts! Anyway, thanks!

Adrian,
I bought mine directly from LRB http://www.lyndallracingbrakes.com/a...ide-harley.htm
Both sets + shipping came to about $130.
You may find them a little cheaper somewhere else, but I like buying from the source.
p/n is 7195 GOLD+ $59 a set
