it is like a reinforced cardboard... it holds up to wet concreat i imagine it will do pretty good with the bed liner sprayed on, and then the leather wrap... if it doesnt... i will just go get some new cardboard and slide that in... cheap cheap cheap... thats me!

great job! mine has been holding upfor a few weeks now. no isses with it getting wet. i wrapped mine in packaging tape for a bit more water resistance. the bag is looking great. can't wait to see the end product!

I got an idea for you for the saddle bags. You reinforce some paper grocery bags, cover in leather and fabriccate some sort of lid. You can get really fancy and get Wegmans or possibly Harris Teeter bags, haha.
