well, its a good day. about a week ago i posted i internal wired my bars and had problems because i used liquid tape. i went out today to redo it all . removed the tank and cut the tape off the wires. the liquid tape was all but rubbed off and wires were touching. i knew that the splices in the bars are staggered at least 2 inches apart. i also taped the whole thing with plastic tape so i just seperated the wires and everthing looks O.K. just need to tape the splices outside the bars and should be good to go. should be riding tommorrow. that will be a better day

just came in from the garage. got it fired up. need to tape up the harness, put the dash back on,the seat,clean it up and TAKE THE FIRST RIDE OF SPRING HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY

like jrk said heat shrink i use adhesive lined & then use 1/2 inch braid which expands over plugs.just take your time & swear alot
