Default Handlebar controls.

I was putting some new brake pads on earlier and adjusted the controls on the right side, next thing I know the bike wont start.........to make a long story short,I know what fuse it's blowing and was wondering if it might be that I'm not only pinching a wire but my question is, would bare control wire hitting the handlebar cause it to blow the fuse.... Thanks

If thats the case you're simply grounding it out. Remove it and inspect for damage.

You pinched a wire: remove and inspect.

i would have to agree... if you are blowing fuses it is the wiring... and yes a fuse grounding out will cause the fuse to go

Thanks,I firgured thats what I was doing just wasn't sure if the wire hitting the bar like that would makeit do that. I think when I get more fuses it will be a good time to get extras for the road too
