I tried to uploada picture of my bike and I am getting an error message that the file is to large. the picture is 3.00 MB. The upload screen says that it has a limit of 100KB. What should I do?
If you plan on doing this alot sign up for a picture host like photobucket. Then you can edit the image size to it and do a direct link to it displys on the thread. Also if you want a sig pic this would be the way to go.
+1 Photobucket is great for this. It will automatically upload your pix at about 1268 x 764, which is still too large for the site, but you can resize in standard sizes or custom.
Once you have Photobucket, all you have to do to post a pic is type [IMG] then go to PB, click on direct link next to the pic you want to post (it will show a yellow copied sign), come back to the forum site, click paste, then type [/IMG]
All the typing is done without spaces between the [].
