Bummed.....[:@]
Just left the dealer after picking up a jiffy stand bumper and heard a buzzing sound as if something was caught in-between the brake pads and rotor.
Worked the brake a few times and the noise was still there. I pulled back into dealers lot to look if the tire had picked up something and was lodged under the fender.
I couldn't believe I didn't notice it as I walked up to my bike, but the front of my fender was rubbing the tire! Someone had back into it while I was buying Parts!
I told the service manager every time I buy something at that dealership, I end up having to spend more! He couldn't believe it, he was as pissed as me, so we went in and rewound the
security video, and I tell you, it's a sad feeling watching someone hit your bike then drive off. Lucky for me the Blue GMC 4X4 license No. ______bumper stopped before hitting the forks!
anyway, thanks for letting me vent.

How can you expect the guy to watch out for your bike while he's talking on the cell phone and drinking a big gulp?

I would have snapped. I had my old bike 2 week when someone dumped a lift of plywood on it at the lumber place i worked at. At first they told me they would pay for it, then they put up no parking signs and told me it was my fault for parking by the front door. I had to eat all the cost.

Best of luck with this. Around here parking lots are "drive at your own risk" as far as the law goes. The police will not even show up to write a report unless there is an injury. Just have good insurance.
