I was gonna order some handgrips from them last year and called them....the conversation went like this.....
Ring, Ring...
EP....."Hello"
Me...."Uh, I thought I was calling Eastern Performance." "I must have the wrong number."
EP...."Yea, You got the right number....what do you want?"
Me..."Nevermind....I just changed my mind."
Whoever that was on the other end really turned me off quickly. I really thought he should have said.....Eastern Performance instead of Hello! Granted, it could have just been a pissed off employee.....but business is business and that was unprofessional.

Like I said, I'll give 'em a second try. Just found t strange that I ordered on a Friday, at 12pm their time, within a helf hour I got an email stating the order was shipped, only to find out it really hadn't been, and wasn't going to ship until the following Tuesday. 2 and a half business day to ship an order, and then having to wait almost two weeks for the product I paid good money for; STRANGE!
I'm sure I'll be happy as a pig in **** when my Kury forwards get here, but for now, waiting, not so happy...
