Winter Project-Part !
I've finally gotten a decent day to work on the bike w/o snow, rain or it being below 30 degrees. I finallyy got the rear wheel and tire changed, forward controls on, new shifter installed and put on the custom a/c insert and derby cover along with a couple of pieces of chrome. Still have the chromed primary and cam cover to go this weekend and a set of passing lamps. This never seems to end. I'll post some more pics when more work is done.

The heel toe shifter is a custom item from Dewey's Custom in Farmington, NM. He calls it a Heel Hammer Shifter.
Here is the link: http://www.deweyspegs.com/products.html#heelhammer It was $95.00 delivered to my house, took 5 minutes to put it on and get it adjusted.

Where did you get that derby cover?

I've been working with them on the exact powdercoat color for months and it is as near perfect as it can be. The a/c insert is also from their shop and even though the color is a little too red, they've offered to redo the insert to a more burgundy color at no cost. Great customer service.
