I ordered a Corbin Hollywood Solo in Bomber Jacket brown leather, Number 7 in the chart. They say four weeks. The stock seat is too soft and is too far forward. Corbin says the Hollywood is their farthest back seat.
They told me the Hollywood Solo would set me back about one inch. If it's more than that, I'll have to dump it cuz it would move me away from the bars too much. Sure would hate to have to do that after all the crap I've been through with them. They finally got me a nice seat but no mounting hardware or key. Supposed to be here around the middle of this week, which probably really means the middle of next month, if I really ride their Azz's.[:@]
5'8" but only 29" inseam. No forwards. They came along long after I did and I've never had them. I tried to set the seat on the bike and see where the seating area would be and it looks okay to me. Will find out if they send me the hardware for the bike and the key.
Hi - I bought a Classic Solo with the Oval Bak bakrest and it's absolutely fantastic. A doddle to fit and very comfortable compared to the stock seat on my '07 Bobber.
That's the good news - the bad news was it took nearly a year fro my dealer to get the right seat with required options - still the wait was worth it.
I'm 5'11". This is my8th bike but the first7 were superbikes, so i can't metally do the feet forward thing yet. One reason I got the SB was because of the mid-set footpegs. I actually have my mini-apes verticle instead of leaned back.
