Default Stem nut
I'm going to replace the lock washer on my 07 WG, due to the infamous "clunck", does anybody know what
size of socket I'll need for the stem nut? I don't have one that big, and I'll have to find one. Thanks

god I feel like such a dumb azz, just measured it, it's an 1 1/2 inch, gonna look at Harbor Freight

Dont feel dumb.........I havent figured out how to get the chrome cover off mine without scratching it!!![:@]

Yup, it is a 1 1/2" nut, and TIDE, try a small strap wrench. You can pick one up a Sears for about $6-7. It should do the trick.

I just spun it counter-clockwise by hand. Mine came right off.
