I have the same problem. Are those haulin' *** back rests sturdy? I was going to go with the Corbin seat with backrests, but that is over $500.

I run the mini rail unless I'm taking a long trip with a passenger.... it's easy enough to swap, have the same one TIDE has in my garage.

Sabaka454 thats a nice *** bike. Love the color. What headlight is that? I have the same sissybar as Tide too. Waiting on my solo Lepera, should be here Friday.

should be ... the deuce uses the same style for a backrest from H-D.

+1 I too think the wideglide looks right with a backrest... like choppers of yore and the softail custom.

I'm in the same boat, '08 Superglide Custom. Wife says she feels like she's sliding off, and every time I shift she jumps which annoys the @#$% outta me. If it were up to me I'd install a single saddle and forget about it, but I guess I'll go with the detachable sissybar [:@]

Kuryakyn plug and play. Mounts under your seat to the fender so no brackets showing anywhere. Very nice looking because you don't see much. lol.Just bought one for my StreetBob.

Am in the same boat kindabut am opting for detachables and an old school style for my 06 bob. Is the sissy bar width gonna be narrow or wide for the street bob???

Top, I'm with you on this, but I have to say, I just added the detach with a low back rest and my wife loves it. She says that she doesn't feel as if she's going to slide off the back any more.
