CNC,
She bought a HD OEM cover (I noticed it is exactly the same on the inside as the one I removed, PN# and all) and engraved it. Then she sent me a photo to proof, and sent it out to a chromer. Is an OEM aluminum? I don't know myself. Are you the one guy in the universe that can cut me a 1 inch extension for a Dyna? I don't want to switch the shift rod or brake rod unless I have to, and I only need about an inch. I found this $90 kit from Drag, but I think 2 inches may be too much. I just need two plates to offset 1 to 1 1/2 inches on each side.
Wow how has CNC WHEEL GUYgot by this long without one of the admins busting his ***** about his Sig? Myself and a few others have got there hand slapped for links and so on. 1642 posts and no admins have noticed? Hmmm
Very cool I love stuff like that one of a kind you can't beat it. I have done some thing also to my derby . Much simpler then you guys did ,but I like my look to, also one of a kind
thanks for the info. Im actually looking to replace my derby in the next few weeks and she is only 25 minutes from my house. i kind of liked it before it got chromed too.
Michael,
Yea, I am not sure if she bought it raw, ground it down, or if it is just the picture. The texture of the banner on the crest is rough under the chrome. The photos don't do this piece justice. You should go look at some of her stuff in person, I bet it is impressive.

The last time I checked with "Amanda-my boss" I thought CNC was working on being a sponsor. I have not caught the sig since it goes through several different pictures. If you (CNC Wheel Guy) are not gonna be a sponsor then you need to remove the sig.
If there is ever a problem with a sig then just shoot me a pm.
Hey Terry, i think he should be able to keep it. I have never seen him "****" on the forum, he isjust be an active member. I am not complaning about him I just dont think people like CNC Wheel Guy that have had to drop links in there sig. Sorry again CNC
