If I want to lower the back of my lowride 1/4-1/2" and the front 1". Would progressive 11.5" springs do the trick? Harley has spring kit that will loser the bike 1/4"

To lower the front all you need to do is take off the fork caps and remove the spacer and cut the desired amount off and re-install.
Measure the rear shocks eye-to-eye distance, that will tell you the original length and order new shocks shorter. As to how much it will lower, I'm not sure because of the angle they are mounted.
