The front of my bike sits a low lower not as my factory springs were under too much preload apparently. I had .90 kg springs installed as I weigh 215lbs. and the bike absorbs bumps very well and is very well dampened. It rides smooth, but you great great rode feel and better traction and control in turns.
I also have progressive preload adjustable rear shocks. With the Racetech tuned forks combined with the progressive rear shocks, it handles far better than I could have ever imagined when comparing it to stock. Stock was downright scary,
